A1..thats not the greatest news.

Not having oral arguments on such an important issue reduces the layers of appealable arguments if it doesnt go the right way.

There are so many eyes on this, and this decision is so important...to not let oral arguments and reduce the decision making to writing takes the humanity out of the decision making process.

Just saying...very surprised by such a decision.

Time will tell.
