MCOA has to make all those payments. They, MCOA are buying their way into all of those companies, know collective as NPE. All in California.

That's why I state MCOA is not going anywhere soon. They have to dump stock to pay each one of those payments. Diluting MCOA shares, causing the price per share to drop.....They are to stupid to let the PPS run up to .15 so they can dilute and keep their money base happy, share holders.
