When I worked with a crew every day about quitting time some persons would say "oh its Miller time" than it went to oh its "beer thirty" or Beer O'clock that's what 420 is time to light up and get high, so when someone says it is 420 they mean its time we quit working for the day and go get some MJ and light up, after all its 420 four twenty =addicts language
