Reporting the transfer agent stated over the phone the float was 600m when the ta states no such thing over the phone is not a rational assessment.
It is anything but rational.

I’ll have to agree to disagree. Anything released in a pink sheet PR is what the company wants shareholders to believe - it’s most likely not Factual. They think they’re protected by their safe harbor, but Although federal securities laws provide a safe harbor for forward-looking statements made by a public company that files reports under the federal securities laws, this safe harbor is not available to issuers of penny stocks like WRFX.
