Looks like they’re just using shareholders to pay off their many many millions of dollars in debt at this point.

But they can never pay off 140 million $$$ in debt.
This is a share selling insider enrichment program and they reward their poor performance with hefty salaries, bonuses and trips all over the World on the share holders dime. You never hear of anything positive and tangible resulting from any of these trips.
