Perhaps we have grown weary of watching so many low branch scum like the principal walk away with minimum penalties and almost no jail time by the hundreds in penny scams while those high money high profile criminals will just have to get some sort of publicly recognizable sentence least those in law enforcement of the government and lawyers look lame and incompetent to the citizens. Or payoffs look too obvious.
