I think if everyone would voice their concern on how unprofessional this late filing was handled and their lack of communication to the general public via a press release earlier in the week, it should hopefully resonate to upper management to make sure they are well prepared moving forward..
Again, this is a Penny Stock company so I myself do not expect really much from them in regards to experience. Now if this was a company trading on nasdaq and they come out with this BS, and handled the situation liek this, then i would be more worried.. IMO don't hold Penny Stock companies to high standards, they are learning and building their experience here in the Penny Stock market, and hopefully have a better plan of action in the future when uplist.
