lol...that video of the signing of the letter of intent could have been filmed in an L.A. studio in two shakes of a lamb's tail...

Ask yourself this...why did they even need to film it? Who does that? What company is that untrustworthy...that they have to provide VIDEO PROOF? It says to me this..."well...they aren't going to believe us if we tell them that we entered a JV...so let's film it. Then maybe they'll believe us."
