Yep, FINRA does check the tweets, at least enough of them in spite what is believed.

I said many times Finra does not check it maybe occasionally.Finra would hava to suspend half of the OTC if checked tweets regullarly.I saw such a nonsense what some companies tweet as some scams would be as large as Amazon,Apple etc.
