Ah20-DP makes money from leases presently on all properties as stated on their reports. The grow/process facilities are fully operational feeding product to the Colorado dispensary.
Diego Pellicer needs additional Denver dispensaries to maximize the value of the grow/processing facilities.
Washington state won't allow vertical integration so the Seattle store doesn't have the same set-up as Denver. However, it is their flagship store, so it has it's own value.
They don't want to acquire the properties outright until cannabis rules change but have the contracts to do so.
That's why the vertically integrated piece of the puzzle is important.
We just need the rules to change as soon as possible.
