Ok thanks...so the court date is in July? So we basically are just waiting on a decision here ?...seems from reading the filing you posted, imo, that they got hosed and the SEC is stubbornly hanging on...but maybe I'm reading this wrong since you give odds of only 50-50 that cyio wins their case against the SEC...thanks for any help you care to share!
