the O/S is not 600k any more than it is 16M. the true amount is around 3 million. None of the "TOP Stock Exchanges" or websites will bother to calculate the O/S -- they'll wait for the 10-K or some other filing that divulges the O/S.
We, however, don't need to wait for the "TOP Stock Exchanges" or Yahoo or anyone else -- we can calculate the O/S by dividing the pre-split O/S by 800.
Result: around 3.2 million O/S
