Ummm its offline for a reason.. also who would pay 39M for a powerplant not working currently and how the hell do we pay for it? With shares at a 50% discount? Maybe even a bigger discount.. look at the chart for a year or better yet, pull up the 3 year.. this looks a massive scam imo..
