We generated $713,542 worth of related and third party revenues during the three months ended January 31, 2019 compared to $30,000 for the three months ended January 31, 2018. The increase of the revenue was mainly due to the increase of software usage fees arising from License Agreement with Articulate Pty Ltd, a related party.
