It has been suggested a conference call open to any and all shareholders with Michael our President. One question per attendee. That is not illegal.
Immediately after that call and prior to 9:30 AM East Coast Time / NYC time that call has the questions and shortened answers announced via a public press release.
This makes the call info no longer "inside info" but now public info.
One should be careful when throwing out words such as something is illegal.
