HC Wainwright priced a deal, then TSX cancelled BIOA's listing, then the stock cratered and then they did this deal. I think the only way to punish the warrant holders and not suffer dilution was the Q route.

Eno was definitely around when the stock crashed through the floor upon his arrival. Hopefully he has a masterplan to make shareholders whole?
