ttgop, sorry but your 100% wrong. You can not start "anew" with QBID. All the fillings fromt he past must be uptodate and refilled the missing fillings. You can not say "ok from todays date we start new" Does not work that way. Also if they had trouble in the past with FRAnK/Fan what makes you think they can get all the papers together. They are missing and FRANK even said he was lied to when He bought the shell. Of course FRANK lied to everyone about everything anyway. But it looks like he was telling the truth about this.
