Copy verbiage from lawsuit Tom submitted against Dennis. Change references of Dennis's name to Tom and Darkpulse to Bravatek.

Tom was smart he used shareholders money and got BVTK 5 million dollar liability protection insurance for CEO. So if anyone tries to sue him he is safe.
