They could start to regain credibility by hiring a serious and proven CFO with experience in growing businesses, a laser focus on shareholder value and a great relations and knowledge with "Western" analysts and the Wall Street Community. Hard to find, I know but if the proper incentives are in place the right person can be found. The most important thing and that goes for Tony as well is for Solomon to finally let go.
