Authorized shares are on lockdown, all in the filings. 250% secured for the 1.45 promissory note, 1 bill for the warrants, and 250% secured for the Monaco note. 6 bill.

Garnock is using the warrants to buy the conversion shares and Monaco note isn't due until November. The only sales we could see are Monaker but they addressed this in their conference call yesterday, saying they have no interest in harming VRUS, or selling this low.

Downandout, you are incorrect not one share was diluted today. Do you have any proof or is that just your opinion?
