VYST must edgarize their earnings by 5:30pm EST in order to not miss their extension deadline, then depending on how busy the edgar system is, will depend on when it actually shows up on the SEC website k Shatts!
Which is another reason I'm hoping that VYST is planning on releasing an accompanying earnings news release, so as to remove all guesswork as to whether or not they file today by 5:30 k lol.
5:30 is the latest for same day filing which is our case and the filing will be dated as today's date. 5:31 til 10pm is for the second day filing and it will be stamped as Wednesday not Tue "today"
