Stupid question, but What does the SEC consider a “Day”?
A trading day, a business day(add Saturday’s), or 7 days a week? I only ask because I see these inconsistencies about filing deadline dates all the time.

By those 3 options, possible dates would be the 19th, 17th, and 15th.
