#71177 RE: op9171787 #71144

It's all going to depend on the timing of how VYST mgmt. rolls everything out and how quickly the ensuing higher breeds of investors & firms initiate their position building fun.

Lightning really could strike shooting this north in a frenzied way...or VYST could roll everything they have planned out in a methodical fashion that results in big money arriving in multiple waves of position building fun as each approaching material catalyst gets unleashed.

I just don't know VYST mgmt.'s exact rollout plans, I just know that they're close to announcing the Rotmans acquisition we've been patiently awaiting, and I honestly think that it now makes a lot of sense for them to bypass the QB up listing completely and just up list onto the QX instead...especially now that we're almost at April 30th anyways, which is the new fiscal year end VYST has already told us they're switching to anyways.

And if mgmt. is in fact lining up a significant round of private placement friendly financing as their 2 initial recent teaser $200K tranches received suggests...then it would make a lot of sense for them to simultaneously up list onto the OTCQX exchange at the same time they announce a significant Restricted Share financing equity raise that really provides them with added capital to really begin ramping up the commercialization era they're now entering.

I'm just speculating/guessing on the private placement and QX potential steps ahead of course...based solely on the timeline already in play and everything we already know is coming pertaining to their Nasdaq up listing objective, their new fiscal year end, the pending official Rotmans acquisition, the pending share repurchase program mgmt. remains completely committed to implementing, the elimination of all their convertible aged debt, the 2 initial teaser tranches of restricted share financing recently received, all the recent Q&A VYST/shareholder emails that reflected several names the VYST subsidiary companies have already been in extensive testing/talks with over the past several quarters etc etc etc

So that's why it's hard to guess exactly how VYST mgmt. chooses/elects to roll it all out...but 1 thing's for certain, when they do roll it all out over the balance of this 2nd quarter alone, I have ZERO doubt whatsoever about us ascending into DOLLARLAND on our way to the NAZ k glty!
