Per the agreements, ECOLOCAP Solutions gets nothing from any by-product sales until BIO/Art LLC shows an annual NET PROFIT? And then ECOLOCAP gets only 40% of that?

There will never be any distributions to ECOLOCAP for salaries from just the one machine IMO.
