Re-read my post. This is a POS company in a horrible financial position. But, the Yes votes will go through whether you like it or not. That was my point. The only way to stop any of the proposals is to block a quorum. The only way to do that is to not vote at all and hope a majority of shareholders fail to vote...voting No means nothing, they have the yes votes. But, not voting has a chance of blocking a quorum...
