this is #lawyerspeak for "we are bailing out....... our officers and directors" because prawn finger mc'scamster "stable genius" is about to offload 300 million shares of common stock to get rid of his toxic guys he stiffed in OSLO NORWAY and as such, "shares coming to market may be meaningful and we cannot guaranty that disruptions in trading could occur due to materially larger than average share sales" but who cares????? it was always a fraud.

Since when does he own that many shares?That cannot be correct.
