Verc, this is a rm play. We are awaiting the name change as of right now. The news of the name change can happen any day or it could be in the coming weeks no one knows. There is some great dd on this board on what is going on with the company that is merging into this shell. As far as the pps goes this could be a epic run imo. I will post some of the dd for you to read and make your own decision.
