Well, it’s no use crying over spilt milk.
The filings are already late. And although we would all prefer them in a timely manner, all that really matters is the information disclosed within.
If the R/S gets approved, the share structure will be fixed.
We have to move forward at some point. I think the market likes the odds that Payless Truckers will offer up a surprise or else there would be a lot more shares on the ask.
For what it’s worth, Viola didn’t even bother posting late filings during 2017 after the 10-K was delayed. He obviously has good news to release once the circumstances are ideal for all parties involved.
And to be clear: I’m bullish based on the DD, which is completely independent of how Viola is managing the stock. I respect Payless Truckers and the history of the Normand family. Court documents have revealed a lot about the success of their trucking enterprise, and there’s no doubt in my mind about its potential here.
