The only people who were scammed out of millions and millions of dollars are ACB shareholders who continually foot the bill for ACB's overpriced and questionable acquisitions.
Fortunately, APHA does not do this to its shareholders. Its tough being an ACB shareholder and seeing the stock price dip further and further down after every questionable acquisition it makes with shareholders footing the bill.
