If they didn't take certain actions, we wouldn't have a chance in the world to take advantage of a really outstanding opportunity once the Lawsuits settle?

IMHO, there isn't any "outstanding opportunity" until the GERS shareholders can see the light at the end of the lawsuit tunnel. As far as I can tell, the Appeals Court hasn't made one ruling yet on any of the merits of the Greenshift vs. ________________ suit, with the exception of minor complaints about how the moving documents are captioned.
