The company understands many of its shareholders are naive & gullible. They understand no matter how much they are abused, they will whine, complain and threaten to sell but... in reality, hold tight because they can never admit to themselves they made a mistake or were taken for a ride
So shareholders are kept in the dark and fed a little slanted info bit by bit. Such as Sequest and its Tmax surprise lol. IN fact Avridi got bounced by the FDA for Tmax months prior to Elite even filing... but the CEO played it off like a total surprise and long term shareholders fell for it, blamed the FDA and fantastic BP conspiracies
