From what I have read there is nothing to actually back that up. The last filing put the O/S at I believe 104 Million with that 30 million figure being the float.

Everything else is just guesswork but unless they retired shares the O/S is at least 104 Million.

It was pointed out to me there was a filing fairly recent with AS at 400mill and OS at 134mill
