Never assume anything tcm...... I am looking for opportunities in the

CBD/ cannabis space and this company came up- you appear to keep side-

stepping the issue I raised of exorbitant stock awards and its impact

on an organizations ability to grow their pps and cash position/asset strength-

takeovers are being done w in excess of 6 million shares (in one purchase)

further diluting the share price, and loans are being put on the books-

had more bottom line profits been kept, both of those issues could have

been avoided- this board is meant for healthy discussion and view points...

no reason for people to wonder why the pps remains sideways....

read the annual report
