The other question was harder: Why? Given the cash squeeze I'm reminded of the old saying that "beggars can't be choosers". A good offer for EITHER indication should be considered, shouldn't it? I think "Advanced clinical development" means further clinical trials and they obviously wouldn't be conducted together.
I suppose this is possible, which would make the question moot..... "The obvious answer to the question you posed is that the deal in the works that will soon to be unveiled includes both B-OM and B-IBD." ....but I'm not sure why the writer has that expectation...it's not obvious to me.
