I hold stock in both TCHL & AVCP...

The RS vote is Dec 11...but dunno when it becomes effective...

Though I sold some TCHL yesterday...I'm holding for the Cornell/Montgomery debt conversion...and the expected run to dump'em...

Of interest is the $7M settlement debt carried by the PinkSheet shell AVCP is now in...and has been reported thru their K's and Q's...Once AVCP RM's into TCHL...the $7M debt stays behind...
