The Pinnertest is an Arrayit product. This is an IgG test and it is my understanding that this test will only test for food allergies that you have in your body at the time of the test. If you have eaten something that you think you might be allergic to and you take the test, this will tell you if you are allergic. It will not diagnose if you are allergic to something that is not in your system at the time of the test. The Allergy Pro test also an Arrayit product is an IgE test. This test is the one that you should take if you are trying to find out if you are allergic things that are not in your system at the time. At least this is my understanding of the two tests. Someone else here can correct me if I Am wrong. This is why many professionals think the IgG test is inaccurate, because it does not test for things other than in your system at the time of the test.
