Why would he need the share price in a specific range and why does he think it is going to stay in that range? Were they buying when it dipped under .001 I wonder.

I believe that He wants the current PPS around .001 and O/S under 1 billion. Probably trying to match the share structure of another company. I also believe that UAT$ is acquiring another company, not being acquired. Alex won’t give up control. In the Last Q, He stated that UAT will be trying to acquire new companies and placing them under the UAT umbrella.
Looks like they are finalizing the audits, delaying product release, and holding back news, probably in preparation of an uplist.
