If the stock PPS is decreasing wait till you think it’s bottomed and then buy at a cheaper PPS. I haven’t seen any pumping but like many others have waited or have been waiting to see this stock really move upward. It was mentioned earlier in another post it could take sometime for this to happen and even if you read above before the comments the company states this is a buy and hold they say for as long as seven years.
