Do I believe you called and found out nobody knows about this? I do. I have seen it before with a company opening a coal mine in Kentucky. I called the town business office and they hadn't heard of any mines opening. I called the permit office and it was frozen due to problems. It was a small town so I called the only bar and grocery store and they knew nothing about a mine and they confirmed it was a small town and they would of heard of jobs coming etc. So if you called, and what you said is true, which again, I believe it is, how do people get away with such obvious fraud and not go to jail? Where is the justice?
