Willing to bet that Eddie has seen at least a draft of the POR.

I have no direct evidence, just inference. Don't have the link, but recall an article from a Bloomberg publication where it is stated that Transform Holdco has already hired (at least as part-time employees) 3 members of shc's committee on bankruptcy (don't remember the exact title).

So I strongly feel that, even though Eddie or Transform Holdco (obviously) are not on the list from docket 3183, Eddie has seen a copy from somebody at Sears Holdings Corp.

By the way, I also do not interpret the language from docket 3183 as being "exclusive" to those listed, because the word "including" is used before the list of the 3 "key" stakeholders. What say you?

NOT Bloomberg but Berkshire Hathaway. The article I was referring to was on BusinessWire, a Berkshire Hathaway Company. Here is the link:
