There's not much of a choice to do an RS if they want to remain on NASDAQ. The only real question is how bad it will be. Yes, getting delisted is not going to be an issue until later in the year. But the pending shelf offering will likely keep this below a dollar unless there's an earnings surprise or other exceptional news to buoy the price again.
