From a trader’s point of view you are spot on. From an investor’s view you could not be more wrong. This settlement allows the company to move forward without debt overhang. Just the beginning of a new chapter here. $CMGO

Company is in a good position right now, but doesn't change the fact that the share price has ran up on hype alone to much higher levels than they should have

If share price never ran, people's comments about growing these insane percentages would make sense. All I see is a lot of "this is going to the moon" without backing it up.

With 450 mil OS, company needs to grow $450k to go up by .001 - doesn't make sense to say this will be seeing penny in the short term with their current assets, and that's not even factoring in that the lawsuit money is not coming into their hands all at once

The one thing that I took from all of this? The CEO saw the market cap and what it was trading at before he put out his "shareholders will be happy" tweet and then released news pre-trading hours, and is getting super defensive on twitter. Take that as you will.

If you were trying to make a quick flip yeah, you missed the bus. However there is still money to be made from the company getting current/resuming business. There is no reason this couldn't get back over a penny and even uplist to OTC QB again. Honestly it's holding up pretty damn good. Someone is buying at these levels.
