Today's filing was a supplement to the 1A offering that was qualified by the SEC in February. The paperwork for the 1A said that the securities were only being offered in Connecticut. So, if you live in Connecticut you may be OK. Otherwise you might be out of luck.

I guess if you don't live in Connecticut you could still fill out the Subscription form and send it in and see what happens. It appears that Max is pretty desperate for funds so he may be happy to take your money.
