That’s an amazing tweet, he states they are getting ready to close the 1-A filed (amended) over a month ago. That means he must have very nice interest in investors wanting part of the company. Anyone notice the $5 million raise was at $0.005, and we trade for $0.0006? If he’s saying he’s ready to close on the 1-A he must have the investors already signed up and in at that price. This is going to heat up as it heads in to May. Still see us losing a 0 this week.
