You are lucky, I have tried the numbers and emails that have been published on their website, and this board, and have never had a response from BLSP. I even had our engineering group try to contact them. Crickets. Even if I heard from them, based on what they have publicly pushed out before, I would not believe any of them.
Their CFOs bailed and based on their resignation letters they were not comfortable with Sholmis handling of the finances. This is never a good sign, as most professional CFOs do not play well in grey areas in a public company.
The lawsuits they have had do not paint a very good picture of the senior leadership!
Time will tell, but it is doubtful we ever hear from them again.
Dumping your stock was a good move.
