Would be good to see somebody actually litigate this one all the way through. As soon as Joel Adams got a court order requiring Pierce to disclose the actual assets, stock of Besado, etc., Pierce folded like a cheap suit and settled the case. Then, of course, he defaulted on the judgment and still owes $80k+ and hasn’t even disclosed the full details of the case in the financials.
