This further validates my point that Jason wants the SP down here while he gets the shell cleaned up. It also validates why he has underplayed his hand to this point.
Seriously? So, a CEO of a company that many here have shares in has purposely tanked the stock price so he can "clean up," and shareholders are rationalizing that's a good thing? That smacks against his responsibilities as a CEO of a public company.
I have some news: he's not tanking the share price on purpose, companies with 6B shares issued and nearly zip for sales revenue wind up with very low share prices.
What is "cleaning up" anyhow? Allowing Blue Citi to convert and dump the rest of the 1.5B shares they have into the market? That's what's happening. That $125k note has been a gold mine to them, hasn't it?
And after those shares are in, this stock won't move anywhere, share structure will be so bloated that it can't.
