How about making good on your Private Placement contracts? How about not ripping off your Private Placement investors? Incredible that funds and shares were available to compensate the loansharks, but when it came time to pay the honest, HNW PP investors, just a shrug.... So sorry, but we don’t have the common shares available to pay you back. But wait...after we dilute the crap out of the common, we’ll give you those shares. What a joke.
