This has happened already. Just waiting on the company to announce it. It's pretty straight forward in MMMM's 8K.

How did you conclude that a buyout is/was on the table? "If" that's true, then this might really do something. I'm trying to understand that part.

The annual financials appear to be factored into the share price. A buyout, however is entirely different factor tho.

From the sounds of it, financials could come out after hours or on Monday. Waiting patiently, if its a $12 million revenue company for 2018 and the current MC is only about $1.2 million, the ticker is way undervalued.

Just based off of revenues alone, the PPS is very undervalued. Not to mention about merger/buyout, could be a whole different valuation.
