ISTs are NOT going move the share price. It's just plain give away -- effectively it's way to bury the program. There's no cash involved in those "transactions".

good luck averaging down. So far, it's proven that strategy has not worked for long term holders. Good money after bad. I do not trust those saying they "nibbled" shares here and there. They could be losing their shirts.
